This Privacy Policy explains how Tenon ("Tenon," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use ChangeSnap (the "Service"). By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy.

- Project and document data: change order content, line items, notes, signatures, recipient details, and related workflow metadata.
- Photo and media data: jobsite photos, timestamps, geolocation metadata, file metadata, and derived analysis.
- Device and usage data: app events, diagnostics, crash logs, device identifiers, IP address, and interaction logs.
- Communications: support requests and correspondence with us.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and operate the Service.
- Generate, format, and deliver change-order documentation and signature workflows.
- Provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Improve product quality, reliability, and safety.

You can request account deletion from within the app Settings screen. Deletion requests are processed subject to legal retention obligations and operational constraints.
